"Great", now you're adding "New ways to navigate Jira with your keyboard" and making the mess even worse.
Why do you have two distinct shortcuts for similar "Actions menu" and "command palette"? And user then needs to remember that if he wants to "Link Confluence page", he can use command palette, but "Link issue" is not there and he needs to use different shortcut to go to the actions menu.
On the contrary, when user wants to "Assign issue", he can do it in the command palette, but not in the actions menu.
Are you serious? Have you ever tried to use what you produce?
There are also many more problems with shortcuts like inability to confirm user actions by just hitting the enter, but having to use tabs many times to find the proper button, etc.
Please start again from the beginning and redesign shortcuts to something usable. (Old jira versions with old view had much more usable shortcuts.)
