Jira and G Suite Integration not working for all users

We recently integrated our Jira and G Suite accounts. I am able to use Google Sheets and import filters and issues from Jira. Other users have not been able to do this same thing. They are receiving an error that Jira can't connect. Is this supposed to happen? or should all users be able to use the sheets add on functionality?

Hi there, if you are using Jira Cloud (Cloud, not Jira Server the hosted version of Jira), you can use the Jira for Google Sheets add-on: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Agile-articles/Try-the-new-Jira-Cloud-add-on-for-Google-Sheets/ba-p/1016436
