Jira Salesforce integration via webhooks stopped working suddenly

Hello there,

We have Jira-Salesforce integration done and was working fine. We done it via webhooks and suddenly it stopped working. Not able to find a clear way to test the connectivity from both sides (at least from Jira). 

Any troubleshooting technique will be greatly appreciated

Can you also please further elaborate your issue with screenshots if possible?
