Jira Cloud for Microsoft Teams (Official) can´t signin Customers
When a user with just a customer license for jira service management try to signin receive the next image 
So I need configure something else? or a customer user can´t use this app?
You need to know Im loggin with SSO connected with my AD and agent users are loggin successfully.
