Has anyone found a way to talk to the vendor in person to get help?
When I've put in tickets, they're always highly responsive. This week has been a nightmare due to the AWS outage, so they may be a little slower than normal.
I tried to look at your tickets and didn't have access...are you certain you sent them to Atlassian support? Here's the link to submit a bug report.
My issues are payment related. I followed the related guidance. Just not had any feedback so was seeing if there were other routes to get hold of someone to resolve the issue as fast as possble
