I am doing a little research and have a question to the admins here:
Do you send any graphical reports to your JSM portal customers? Are they interested to see reports similar to the ones provided in Jira, like Created vs. Resolved, SLA met vs. breached or something else? Do you just make them in Jira and send them via email or you use some addons to let your customers self-serve?
