Github development panel not showing up in JSW issue

The github development info is not showing up in my issues. I followed the instructions on both platforms and it looks like it is working. This video from Atlassian shows how but I am not sure how to tell when the backfill is done. She just refreshes the page and then it shows completed.

Depending on the size of your repos it might take some time for that process to finish. Other than that I second @James D comment. Best of luck!

Also worthwhile to check the team has permission to View Development Tools assigned to the Project role.
