Getting error issue while login in CBLH with url "http://tutorschat-test.atlassian.net ".

Steps to replicate:

1. login with http://tutorschat-test.atlassian.net for Tutors-Chat product.

2. Login with the user which we have already created result in error "security access from your admin"

After resetting the password also , once only user can logged in after that it again provide me same error.
