Encryption feature/section specific for highly confidential information

An encryption feature/section in JIRA would be beneficial where you could incorporate highly confidential information when required and it only be viewable between the reporter and assignee.  Often times, we have to open a JIRA story but follow up with an encrypted email because of highly confidential data is required in order to execute on the work.

If the security schemes do not help you in your case, in the Marketplace you can find apps as an extension of Jira, which support the use case you mentioned. If you know the hosting of your Jira (Server, Data Center, or Cloud), you can further narrow down the listed matches to find the app that's right for you.
