Customizing page layout and adding customized fields to issue types in a Communication Project

Check to see how everyone else has done this in faster and effective way. Create the new issue under any issue type I would like to have same layout with mix of Jira fields and customized fields

Hi @Ahsan Hameed - I assume you mean 'screen' when you say 'page layout'?  This is basic Jira project setup stuff:

* create a new screen

* associate it with a Screen Scheme (create a new Screen Scheme if needed)

* associate the screen scheme with the Issue Type Screen Scheme (create a new Issue Type Screen Scheme if needed)
