Cannot move gadget

When trying to move gadgets around my dashboard, I am getting the following:

Sorry, your changes to this Dashboard could not be saved. Your dashboard may be out of sync with the server: please reload the page.

This started happening after i turned off the Jira Service Desk. however, I would be surprised I would not be able to move gadgets due to unsuscribing from Service Desk.

I am not on the Jira team, but I will try to help.

What happens if you try another browser and/or try logging out, clearing browser cache, and logging in again?

Hi Martyn,

   I actually read that 'workaround' in another jira thread, however, it didn't work. I logout/login, didn't work. Used firefox to move, didn't move either.

It sounds like your browser is getting out of sync with the server somehow... hmmm
