Can I manage teams with different project types/workflows while centralizing the backlog?

I'm trying to figure out what would be the best setup for managing our product, we have the below structure of teams and workflows that we want to have:

1. Design team using a Kanban project
2. Front-end team using a Scrum project
3. Back-end team using a Scrum project but with a different workflow

What I'm looking for is a way to manage the 3 teams while centralizing the backlog so that I can have one place for prioritizing the backlog, tracking Epics and Release management.

I would also like to track the progress of each team separately like the velocity of each of the Scrum teams and so on.

Is something like this possible with Jira Cloud software?

Hi Mostafa,

I would probably start with the Communities page How do you track epics with stories being played across different projects?  There are a good number of suggestions that may help you get the results your looking for.

I have also seen a good article titled Multiple team backlogs in JIRA Agile with Structure that may help you determine the best way forward as well.
