A dump question... what is the options to keep track of the BA work done before the user stories goes into the detailed stage, the phase where you keep track of the BA work (elicitation, analysis, verification...).

Is it logic to have another board with its own tasks and statuses for the BA work to be done and once its ready to go into user stories then we mark these tasks as complete or BA tasks shall always be done as part of the back log...

keeping in mind the PM and some team members would like to know what is the status of the analysis phase or what is the coming work to be done, and if the project is ready for the next phase of the stories detailing ...
