Adding some features to Jira Admin via CLI

Hi, just wanna let you know about a little solution to some batch functions that you can´t do using the Jira Admin Panel.

I´ve created a CLI solution that, with simple config, let you perform the following actions, among others:

• Copy values from one field to another (in bulk) with the option to sum the contents. Very useful when merging projects;
• Cleanup - delete unused screens, screen schemes, workflows, workflow schemes, etc., in the correct order;
• Recategorize and bulk delete projects.
