What is the difference in Jira Align when I setup a new Domain Group vs a project designation. For example if I setup 3 Domains Red, Blue, Orange- how is this attached to projects?

Domain Group is a not a default terminology in Jira Align. Could this be Theme Group that was changed to Domain Group?

Also, as far as your projects are you talking about mapping Projects from Jira to Jira Align?  Also, there are Projects that we can use in JA for time tracking, but my assumption is that is not the project you are talking about.
