Can we filter issues by text field in JIRA Align?

We are trying to filter our issues (Dependencies) in JIRA Align using "Apply Filters" on the basis of a text field custom field we created in JIRA Align name Tag (Single line Text field).

But this field is not reflecting in "Apply Filters" option.

Is there a way we can populate this field in "Apply Filters" option?

@Dixit_ Vivek Custom fields can be added as a column and you can sort the column, but a custom field can't be filtered on thru Apply Filters.
