get Themes, scheduled start, scheduled end of plan from portfolio for JIRA - public api

I would like to get all themes and initiatives under the themes together with the scheduled start and scheduled end from the portfolio for JIRA - public api

I can see get service endpoints for projects and plan in portfolio for JIRA - public api documentation but not able to get the themes or scheduled start or end for the plan from those endpoints 

Kindly let me know if there is a way to get those details.
