The user Selim BEN SLIMAN and also can not connect on https://ocadosupport.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/52.

 

Can you help me about this issue

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

I know it has been a while since you created the question here, but I would like to know if Selim is still facing issues to login.

The link you posted is related to the customer portal, but Selim is an internal user, so they must log in directly on xxxxxx.atlassian.net.

If they are still facing this issue, please send us a screenshot of the error message.
