Split task into one sub-task per component triggered by transition

Hi,

I have just started into the Atlassian and Jira world. I am defining a change workflow in Jira Servicedesk.

As a change may affect more than one component I want to create a sub-task containing only a single component to be changed. Using Automation for Jira my plan was to split the Change into sub-tasks automated. Trigger should be the transition from status "awaiting CAB approval" to "Awaiting Implementation".

Each contained component should trigger a sub-task...

Is there a way to solve this using board tools or Automation for Jira or Scriptrunner?
