Master-Child relationship for Incidents

Hi Team

we have requirement like say there is some major outage and we have one Priority 1 incident - we can link various other incidents to it - now we want to flow any updates done to Master Incident to all linked Incidents and also Close all of them if Master is Closed.

Please suggest what is the best way to achieve this.

@Jyoti Verma If you have ScriptRunner for Jira installed then this can be achieved by write a script in a post function of your Incident workflow. This can also be done using Jira Suite Utilities add-on.

Can you share a sample script - to post comment to linked issues if a comment is added to Master issue.
