How do I get a scrum job with no experience it’s frustrating

There isn't really such a thing as a "scrum job" - most people find a job as a developer, or other producer of output, and end up doing scrum because it's the way their teams have chosen to work.

It's a framework for getting stuff done, not a job description or role.  The closest you'll get is job descriptions that ask for "scrum masters", which is a role, and can be a full-time job, but to become a scrum master, you'll need to understand Agile and Scrum, and worked as part of, or at least alongside, teams doing Scrum for a while.

To add a bit more to what @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- said. Scrum is a framework (and not a methodology) for developing complex products in complex environments. There a handful of organizations which provide certifications to become:

• A scrum master
• A product owner
• A scrum developer (you will not learn how to code, but how to act/behave in a team which uses scrum)

Scrum.org, Scruminc and Scrum Alliance are the most let's say prestigious websites from which you can get your certifications. The first two belong to the two persons who wrote the Scrum Guide based on which are all the exams.

I would suggest to start learning about The Agile Manifesto for software Development, from which Scrum originated, read about the Scrum Guide, participate in communities that talk about scrum and try to practice scrum to your everyday life. When you feel ready, you can schedule your exams.

What others have said about the definition of "a scrum job" is true. 

But - assuming you are hinting about a role as scrum master or product owner or something like that - it is totally normal that experience is a requirement. Those are responsible roles for leading a team, making key decisions about a product and so on.

But most of all, don't let that disappoint you. Take the time to look for / step into an agile team and learn by being part of a team. A huge benefit of agile teams, is that they are highly collaborative and by nature encourage you to speak up and take the stage. If you have the willingness and the potential, you will and should be able to fill up that backpack with experience and grow into the role you aspire. Be patient, be a team player and go for your goals!
