How can I "clone" the Demo Desk request type for new employee and exployee exit?

I like what is is in the demo for Employee Exit and New Employee.  In fact, I like the Demo Desk Setup, period.  How Can I get those "types" copied to the my real ITHD project?  I do not see how to get at the underlying settings of the Demo Desk.

Next-gen projects are independent, so request types, custom fields, and other configurations will be exclusive from the project.

So, in this case, you need to manually create the request types and the fields for your new project.
