Hey there!
I'm trying to configure JIRA ITSM and have two problems.
1. We have external users that should be able to log in into the service portal with their Google Account. We don't want to have a public service portal. Is there a possibility to use Google SSO for accessing the service portal?
2. I added a custom field that is added to all forms. However, there is only a limited number of options (and not all options) included in the selection criteria for automatic routing the ticket to the right agent based on this field. Do you have a suggestion how this could be fixed?
