Default Columns for Queue

Is there any way possible to set the default columns list for queues so that whenever I create a new queue, these columns should be added in the list by default?

Requirement: I want to create many queues with the same columns but adding those columns again and again is a pain. so I want to add some default column list.

I completely agree that this is a time suck. There's a feature request for copying queues here that you can watch and vote on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-282

Also, there is an app called Queues for Jira Service Desk that has the copy feature and others: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1216386/queues-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=server&tab=overview

I haven't used it before, but you may want to check it out.
