Buena tarde, 

Actualmente tengo varios cliente a los cuales les creare a cada uno un Centro de asistencia de última generación pero no encuentro la opción para duplicar un proyecto con todas las configuraciones ya cargadas.

Hello Raul,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Next-gen projects are independent of other next-gen and also from Classic projects, so none of the configurations can be shared. 

The option that you mentioned is "Create a project with shared configuration" which is currently only available for Classic projects.

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:
