There's a new JSM Community-led class series happening this Summer!

Join Champion Kate Pawlak, CPO at Appsvio, as she navigates advanced JSM topics in summer session!

This summer, we embark on a special expedition into the most powerful and lesser-known regions of Jira Service Management. Our goal is not just to visit these advanced territories, but to map them, creating clear guides and best practices that everyone can use. We will navigate complex terrains, discover hidden features, and emerge as more confident JSM experts.
