I'm Fabio and I started to work with JIRA Service Desk (it was the original name of JSM) since the beginning of its existence. Many improvements have been performed during these years and now it is an amazing ITSM management platform. Thanks to the Atlassian team but also to all the community and vendors for the amazing work done.
