Automated Candidate match to job offers

I am trying to automate the candidate matching in a Recruitment pipeline, so the matched candidates should appear in a list called "Candidates match" and each card should copy the candidate details, and the job offer matched details. Is there a way to do this?

I wanted to clarify quickly: Which Atlassian product are you trying to do this with? Trello? Jira Service Management? Jira? Thanks for confirming! 

Also, where is the candidate information coming from? An applicant tracking system?
