On November 13, 2025, Atlassian hosted an impactful APAC - focused event centered on unleashing team potential through product innovation, AI integration, and collaborative workflows. With a mission rooted in 20 years of customer feedback, the event brought together industry leaders to explore how Atlassian’s cloud platform and AI tools are redefining teamwork.

The day kicked off with a keynote emphasizing Atlassian’s long - standing mission: “To unlock the potential of every team.” This mission is fueled by continuous interaction with customers, ensuring products evolve to meet real - world needs. Attendees engaged in sessions covering product updates, AI advancements, and practical strategies for maximizing team efficiency.

 

Key Focus: The Atlassian Cloud Platform

A cornerstone of the event was the Atlassian Cloud Platform , designed to empower teams with scalable, integrated tools. Highlights included:

  • Cloud Migration Progress : Over 99% of customers have transitioned to the Amazon cloud infrastructure, supported by significant investments. This shift enhances scalability, with single Jira instances now handling up to 100,000 users and Confluence usage scaling to 250,000 users.
  • Infrastructure Enhancements : The platform has delivered over 120 infrastructure improvements in the past year, with plans to launch an isolated cloud service in early 2026 for enhanced security and compliance.


Data Intelligence Layer : The team graph—Atlassian’s knowledge repository—was strengthened by connecting more data sources, introducing Graph APIs for custom queries, and adding physical/visual objects (e.g., tracking museum artworks or airline parts).

AI at the Core: Rover AI & Teamwork Collection


AI took center stage with Rover AI , Atlassian’s intelligent assistant, and the Teamwork Collection , a unified suite blending Jira, Confluence, Loom, and Rover.

Rover AI’s Capabilities 

  • Comprehensive Knowledge : Connected to 50+ apps and thousands of integrations, Rover leverages team collaboration data to deliver personalized, context - rich search results. 86% of users reported discovering previously unavailable information.
  • Workflows Redefined : Beyond search, Rover supports chat (editing files/images, organizing brainstorming), and Studio—allowing users to build custom AI agents for automated workflows (e.g., scanning industry trends).


Teamwork Collection in Action 


The suite exemplifies “harmonious AI - human collaboration” within daily tools. A live use case demonstrated hosting an event: Rover drafted plans and suggested KPIs, Loom enabled cross - time - zone communication, Confluence pages transformed into podcast briefings, and Jira tracked progress—eliminating workflow silos.

Innovation Beyond Collaboration


Sessions also explored AI in software development and customer service:

  • SDLC AI : Rover automates feature creation, code generation, and pipeline failure analysis, accelerating issue resolution.
  • Service Management : Jira Service Management (JSM), trusted by 65,000+ customers (including half of the Fortune 500), integrates AI to personalize employee onboarding and task assignment.

Future Roadmap

Looking ahead, Atlassian outlined key milestones:

  • Rover Expansion : Mobile/desktop rollout in the next four months, with network search, personal memory, and deep research features.
  • AI - Driven Workflows : Beta testing for AI - generated PRDs and partnerships to enhance observability and issue resolution in the coming months.
