What does your school use for scheduling and time tracking student worker shifts?

At our school we have a common HRSA tool for time entry (in order to get paid) but as for scheduling and managing student work shifts every unit is on their own to manage it.   ScheduleSource is popular but pricey.

We run JIRA Software with Tempo Timesheets (not Planner) and there has been some inquiry as to can we do anything with it to create a common method to scheduling and managing student work shifts.  Anyone doing something like that with JIRA?

How does your Student Employment Offices handle this?
