Hello! My name is Emily Beiter and I am an Account Executive for higher education here at Atlassian. I have been at Atlassian for 3 years and have worked with all of our US state, local, and higher education customers in that time. At the beginning of 2025, my role shifted to supporting solely higher education accounts. In May 2025, my counterpart Dee White joined us. We are so excited to be working with you all!
After years of supporting higher ed and getting to know their challenges, I was very excited to see Atlassian make the transition to dedicating resources and representatives just for our higher education customers. I believe this will create a big opportunity for our customers to receive better support and engagement. Creating a group for higher education customers to connect and share with one another is the next big step in making Atlassian a strong partner to our higher education customers.
Our goal is to work closely with our customers to understand your unique needs, challenges, and long-term goals. We aim to provide tailored solutions and strategic guidance to help achieve those goals. We also have access to a wide network of people within Atlassian that we would love to have speak with you all to provide insight into interesting use cases, best practices, and new product features and releases.
We are looking forward to partnering with everyone in the Atlassian Higher Education community and providing a platform for further collaboration among Atlassian admins and users!
