Possible bug: Teams remain allocated to goals after projects owned by team are removed

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Add a project to a goal
  2. The team that is associated with the project is mapped to the goal under "Teams from contributing projects"
  3. Remove the project from the goal

Expected: Teams are removed from the goal

Actual: Teams are not removed from the goal
