Hi team hope all is great.

I'm an admin of our atlas instance.

I have our domain setup so that only those with a valid email address tied to our domain can get access to any of our products (including atlas).

Any other has no access.

I invited my personal email address, and completed email verification, and now I have access to Access.  I do not have access to JIRA/Confluence when I attempt and I see my personal email address user is setup in User Management.

Shouldnt this email NOT get access to Atlas similarly to JIra/Confluence?

Hi Monty,

I had the same issue until I discovered that I didn't grant product access to the user.  Check in your Admin Console >  Directory > Users and check if the user is active.  Then click show details of that user to see if Jira+Confluence are list under Product Access.  If not, select Grant Access for what ever product they need along with their permission.
