Hi Community!
Ever wondered who changed a goal's target date, or who archived something last week? Wonder no more: Activity History for Goals is now available!
Activity History gives you a chronological log of important changes made to your goals, bringing transparency and traceability to your team's work.
Now you can instantly answer questions like:
Who created this goal?
Who changed the target date?
Who archived this goal?
Who added or removed an editor?
We've followed a design pattern that many of you will already be familiar with, taking inspiration from the longstanding History tab in Jira, so you should feel right at home.
Visibility into goal changes is critical - whether it's for monthly check-ins, quarterly reviews, or simple audits. Knowing what changed, when, and by whom makes goals far more trustworthy and actionable.
Importantly, Activity History is available to all end users, not just org admins, so your whole team can benefit without needing to dig into admin-only audit logs.
The initial release covers a meaningful set of actions across the following categories:
State changes: Goal Created, Archived, Restored
Goal information: Goal Renamed, Owner Updated, Start Date and Target Date Added or Updated
Permissions: Editor Added, Editor Removed
Followers: Followers Added, Followers Removed
Updates: Update Deleted
We plan to continue adding more coverage going forward.
Head to the Goals app
Navigate to any active goal you’d like
Click on the Overview tab and scroll down to the Activity section
Note: As this is a new feature, only recent activity will be visible. Older changes won't be backfilled, but everything going forward will be captured.
Activity History for Goals will roll out progressively throughout May.

As always, we’d love your feedback as we continue to refine and expand Activity History. Drop a comment below and let us know how Activity History is working for your team!
