The experience of trying to work across the various apps that are all now owned by the same company is extremely poor.  Everything is pulling teeth, visualisations are rough and extremely limited, automated reporting is awful.  I love JSM, but for proper project management, goal tracking, etc - the offerings are so behind and poor.
