JA Roadmap Focus Area Data Not Showing

I have started experimenting with Focus and connected a JA Epic (we call them Initiative) to a Focus Area I created.  I then added the Focus Area column to a view in the JA Roadmap (New) but nothing shows in that field.  Can you please provide information on how to ensure that data is supposed to sync and display in JA?

There are a few steps that need to be completed to ensure that the Focus Area column in Roadmap to display properly.

The checklist to integrate Align with Focus for a tenant is:

1. Login method in Align tenant should be set to Atlassian Guard
2. Create support ticket in: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
   and ask to Integrate Atlassian Focus to Jira Align.
3. Setup connection with Align in Focus Admin settings (screenshot)
