I need the projects to be disabled rather than delete also I need a way to move all my project reviews from one project to another. Please do tell shortcut rather than moving single review at a time.

Hi @Shrikant Pandurang Mandlik

There is no native way to disable or deactivate a project in Crucible. What I would do instead is edit the project's permission scheme and remove the permission to create reviews. The project stays in place with all its history, but nobody can start new reviews in it anymore. That comes very close to a deactivated state.

Cheers, Martin
