I m using CR2.7.10 FE2.7.10 (20120119115142 2012-01-19 , but while clicking on sign-up I am getting Could not initialize class com.cenqua.fisheye.web.security.CaptchaManager

I've seen this error before.
Analyzing the logfile showed that the application is expecting certain fonts, but they were not present.
The cause was that OpenJDK was installed instead of the Sun JDK.
This is only relevant if you tagged your question incorrectly as being an OnDemand installation...
