connect downloaded crucible to jira ondemand

I am getting an erorr that I am not an administrator. Is this possible?

Heya Kevin,

JIRA OnDemand can only integrate the the Fisheye/Crucible instance that is included with the service. Even then, Fisheye/Crucible can only work from the included SVN repository. We're going to add more CSM support in the future, but I don't think OnDemand will be able to work with any local systems (like a local SVN or Maven repo) anytime soon.
