commit cannot be sent to FishEye getting SVN error(pre-commit hook failed)
Hello,
The user is getting error while committing the JIRA issue. Please have a look at the screenshots attached.
Steps until now we have taken:
1. We have added PSD2(project key) in jira-client.pl file.
2. The user is using tortoiseSVN tool. I have asked user to follow the steps mentioned below. Right click on TortoiseSVN ->Settings -> Saved data -> Authentication data -> clear all. I asked user to try to access SVN with username in small letters and respective password.
3. I thought the problem was related with password so i also asked user to try to change the password and try again. But it did not work.
Could you please advice us on the mentioned request as user is facing this issue since long time.
