What is the best way to add all files of a branch to a review

We want to do a full code review of all the files of a small project.
What approach should I use to add all the files under a certain branch ?

When I use the 'search for files in repository', I can add all revisitions. Doing this will also add all files which have been deleted.

Yeah, unfortunately this is currently not possible and there is a feature request for this;

(but you probably knew this already)

I am in the same boat - and adding files is a huge pain.
