Source code view from fisheye is missing a few lines

We use CVS as our VCS, and when we try to see the diff or the entire source file through fisheye, it is missing a few lines from the current version of the file.

I came across this while viewing source in CVS and then trying to do the same through fisheye, and what is missing is the comment on line 15
