Welcome to the Atlassian community!

Since this thread has been around for a couple of years, I was wondering if you've already managed to get this working. If you're still working on it, I'd be happy to share the approach I would recommend.

For Jira, link via Application Links by adding your Jira URL in Crucible and completing OAuth. Jira issue keys in commits will become clickable, and Crucible reviews and commits will appear on Jira. For Bitbucket, Crucible doesn't connect directly; it indexes the Git repo. Add the repo in Administration > Repositories with the clone URL and auth (HTTP app password or SSH key), then index. Decide if commit messages have Jira issue keys, as this drives cross-linking. Feel free to provide whether your Bitbucket is Cloud or Data Center and your Jira is Cloud or Server for precise steps and auth.
