SVN import and existing projects

Brian Beckham

We are new to the ondemand products...we have a subversion repos with about 5GB of data, much of which is old and no longer relevant / needed.

Also, as I understand it, the name of the directory for a project within a repos much match a project name in jira studio to show up in the management tools.

If I import an SVN repos that does not have a corresponding project, do the files still import into SVN? If they do, can they be "attached" to projects at a later time?

Ok, so if you import a repos, the directory in the repos must match a project key in ondemand. If it does not, the directory does not import at all, and it is not accessible in svn.
