Readonly Crucible Rest Api setting

Could anyone guide me how do i enable Rest API settings in readonly mode.

Is there a way to do this.

I don't think you can do that. Not in onDemand for sure. In download version, you can atleast modify the rest plugin but you can't do that in onDemand.
