Not able to login to crucible with the credentials

Hi Team,

If I am trying to login to crucible with the specified Atlassian credentials. I am getting the below and was not to login.

It is throwing "password incorrect or unknown user."

If I try to reset the password, then I am getting an error "cannot update the password for a specified user."
