Not able to generate report from Crucible

Hi Team,

I have integrated JIRA with Crucible, I am trying to create report from a filtered data.error.JPG

error.JPG

error.JPGerror.JPGerror.JPG

As you can see these two application are connected. i should be able to get the issue numbers using the Project details(JIRA Instance, Project key etc). But I am getting an  exception "These issues need some attention since they seem to be out of sync with Crucible."

Please help me get the report and tell me what might be wrong with my configuration.

Thanks and Regards,

Nilanjan Sen

Hi Nilanjan,

There first thing I would do is take a look at the Fecru logs and see what errors are being thrown as this appears to be a message from that end.

Take a look and post a snippet here regarding what you find and we'll go from there.

Cheers,

Branden

Hi Brendan,

Thanks fr replying. It was a silly mistake from my side. I did not add any issues into Project version that I was using to pull the report.

Now I am able to see the report. Do you know how to download this reports?

Thanks,

Nilanjan
