My Fisheye/Crucible installation is stuck on Indexing 71.7% for one SVN repository for many days? Nothing happens and % of indexing not increase. What is the problem?

I investigated this problem by error message that I get and found this and now waiting if indexing goes to 100 %: http://www.thehenrys.net/wp/?p=67

Also I increased a SVN timeout in Fisheye settings to 10 hours from 1 hour.
