While Crucible don't have typical task list, you can also mark comments as defects. You can also mark/unmark them as read. You can also create a JIRA issue from a comment.

How / where is this done?   I can't find any options in the Fisheye comment for making it into a JIRA issue.

Create a comment and save it. After the comment is saved there's a 'Create issue' link.

Hey,

Since Crucible 3.9 there's new function called Review Activity, which lists all comments made on the particular review, you can learn more about it here. You probably can use it as task list.
