I am using cloud versions of JIRA and CONFLUENCE - what about fisheye / crucible? AWS?

I am using cloud versions of JIRA and CONFLUENCE and read that fisheye / cruicible are not available in the cloud. 

Would it make sense to spin up an AWS server for fisheye / cruicible and can I link them? 

Thoughts?

Hi Logiformscore, i start following this to entry to find how long it takes to be updated and becasue i have similar challenge: 1 product in cloud and 1 on premise
